The Bests Mark 25 Years

We sailed on the Eurodam Nov. 15-22, 2008, to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We reaffirmed our wedding vows on Nov. 16. We are still enjoying the wonderful memories of the journey.

McDonalds Renew Vows on Eurodam

Our recent cruise on the Eurodam, departing Fort Lauderdale on Nov. 1, 2008, and returning Nov. 8, was most enjoyable.

We previously cruised the Alaska Inside Passage with Holland America and knew how great the experience could be. Our just-completed cruise was even better.

We especially thank Captain Mercer for renewing our wedding vows Nov. 3, the date of our 30th wedding anniversary. The ceremony was very moving, and the accompanying album of photographs and vows are a treasured possession.

The contacts with every crew member were uniformly pleasant. Specifically, the concierges, Patricia and Louise in the Neptune Lounge, were remarkable in their ability to assist numerous passengers simultaneously.

Andy, our cabin steward, amazed us with his attention to detail and ability to anticipate all of our needs.

At our table in the Rembrandt, Ekko our waiter, Abdul his assistant and Ronald the wine steward were most helpful.

Thank you, Holland America, for a wonderful experience. We look forward to another cruise with you in the near future.

Anniversary: 18 Cruises in 20 Years

We sail Nov. 29, 2008, with HAL again! Twenty years ago we started on the Noordam in 1988, and our 18th cruise will be on the new Eurodam. We have enjoyed this journey and hope to spend another 20 years and 18 cruises with you.
