BOARD MEMBERS
 Johan Groothuizen, vice president of marine hotel operations for Holland America Line, oversees on-board services, including food operations, hotel and entertainment services. A veteran of 36 years with Holland America and directly involved with on-board services at the corporate level for almost 20 years, Groothuizen joined the company in 1971 as a controller on board Holland America ships. He later held the on-board positions of food and beverage manager and hotel manager before moving to the Seattle corporate office.
