1. We have a SUPERIOR suite reserved. yet there seems to be no mention or renderings of this suite. supposed to be on panarama deck brochure does not show such a deck. any info out there

2. Bill:

   There are two Superior Verandah Suites on Verandah Deck, 40 on Upper Verandah Deck four on Rotterdam Deck and two on Observation Deck. There is no Panorama Deck, so without more information, your superior verandah suite could be on any of four decks. Oh, and we haven’t seen a rendering of a superior verandah suite, either.

   room 10005, must be the observation deck. I noticed that some “deluxe” suites on other ships have special aminities is this so on the Eurodam and are Superior Suites included.

4. I’m a little concerned our room is SZ10005 listed as on the front of the Panorama Deck in the display of the ship on line. along with a whole list of other rooms. while the observation deck shows no superior suites. what am I paying for?

5. Bill,
   The folks at Holland America told me it’s a superior verandah suite. In fact, a bit larger than the ones on Rotterdam Deck, it faces forward and has a verandah. The center staterooms in the front don’t have verandahs so are outside view.

6. Thank You Julie, I talked to HA today about the decks. The 2008 brochure mis-lables the decks. The obs. Deck is now the Panorama Deck and The Sports Deck is now the Obs. Deck. as shown on the on line version of the ship.
